Well, here we are we’ve been in lockdown.
We’ve opened up, we’ve locked down for probably almost two years here in victoria and you know it doesn’t matter where you are in life what you’re going through there’s always an upside.
You know we should always look for the things to be grateful for.
Yes, there are downsides but it’s important not to focus on them or allow them to rule their life.
When we went into lockdown our work as we had known it ceased. We had to look for other avenues to get our music out and to get the word out. Up until this time we had avoided doing live filming on the internet. I always thought I got a radio face not a TV thing but we had to launch into that we just had to say well the only way to get stuff out is to get on the internet. So that’s what we started doing.
So I guess that was an upside because we learnt new skills. You know, obviously, more people could be reached online and the audience became worldwide in its potential. Which is not possible when you’re in one location so that was an upside.
The loss of jobs for some and just the uncertainty of this season has brought so much difficulty for some you know. With us going in and out of lockdown businesses opening and closing and churches opening and then closing and closing you know we must determine in these times to stay positive and not drown in the prevailing atmosphere of uncertainty of fear intimidation.
None of this is a surprise to God you know he’s still on the throne and we’ve got to put our trust in him. Gain our daily direction from him and stay in faith and not in fear.
So life has certainly thrown our life into new direction in so many ways it’s so important to stay positive keep looking forward believe for the better. Stay open to our creator and his guidance in these times we don’t want to try and make our own plans. He knows what’s going on he is still in control and he still has a plan for your life and his plans are always good nothing is a surprise to him be open to what he is saying to you. There’s always an upside…
